In order for some of the La Petite Princesse features - like forms and the registry - to work, La Petite Princesse relies on some sophisticated technology, in particular JavaScript. This technology is supported only in more recent versions of popular browsers. This means you need to be using Netscape 3.0 or higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher, or AOL 4.0 or higher in conjunction with Windows 95. Using lower versions may result in unexpected performance. We know, upgrading sounds like a major hassle but believe us it will be well worth it. To upgrade your browser, follow the appropriate links on either of these sites: Netscape, Internet Explorer.

If you are technically inclined, you may want to check your current browser to make sure JavaScript is enabled: If you are using Netscape 4.0 or greater:
  • Click Edit Menu
  • Then click Preferences
  • Then click Advanced
  • Make sure there is a check mark in both "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript"
  • Click OK
If you are using earlier releases of Netscape
  • Click Edit Menu
  • Then click Options
  • Then click Network Preferences
  • Then click Languages
  • Make sure there is a check mark in both "Enable Java" and "Enable JavaScript"
  • Then click OK
If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3:
  • Click View Menu
  • Then click Options
  • Then click Security
  • Make sure a checkmark appears in "Enable Java Programs"
  • Click OK

RETURN POLICY: We will be glad to make an exchange for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to SohoPrincess unworn, in perfect condition within 10 days of the shipping date. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
